How do I change the voltage on my Boutiq Switch V5?
Press the button to cycle through low, medium and high voltage. Low gives the cleanest flavor, high the biggest clouds. The same button runs preheat if the oil is thick.
My Boutiq Switch V4 isn’t hitting well. What should I check?
Make sure all silicone plugs are removed from the mouthpiece and airflow openings, and check the battery level. If airflow feels tight, condensation may have built up, so store the device upright and keep the mouthpiece clean. If your version has adjustable airflow, try the middle setting.
How should I charge my device?
Use a USB-C cable and a standard 5V wall adapter, and avoid fast chargers. A V4 typically charges in about 30 to 45 minutes.
How do I know my Boutiq is real?
Scratch off the QR code on your packaging, or find the code on the back of your device, and check it on our verification page. If the code has been scanned many times or the link looks unfamiliar, don’t use the device, and contact us.
Will Boutiq carts fit my battery?
